Refund Policy – Win Jobs Limited

1. BUSINESS-TO-BUSINESS SERVICES

Win Jobs Limited provides business-to-business digital marketing and lead generation services. Consumer refund legislation may not apply to services purchased for business purposes.

 
2. NON-REFUNDABLE SERVICES

Once work has commenced, the following services are non-refundable:

  • Website design and development
  • Landing page creation
  • Google Ads setup and management
  • SEO work
  • CRM setup and integrations
  • Graphic design and copywriting
  • Lead generation setup

  • Strategy and consultation services

 
3. MONTHLY SERVICES

Monthly management fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. This includes ongoing optimisation, management, reporting, and software access.

 

4. ADVERTISING SPEND

Advertising budgets allocated to third-party platforms including Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, and Microsoft Advertising are non-refundable once submitted or allocated to campaigns.

 
5. CUSTOMER DELAYS OR NON-RESPONSE

Refunds shall not be issued where delays or incomplete work result from failure to provide information, approvals, or communication by the customer.

 
6. PERFORMANCE DISCLAIMER

Win Jobs Limited does not guarantee:

  • Sales
  • Revenue increases
  • Specific lead volumes
  • Advertising performance

  • Search engine rankings

Marketing performance depends on external market factors and third-party advertising platforms.

 
7. EXCEPTIONAL REFUNDS

Refunds may only be considered where Win Jobs Limited has materially failed to deliver agreed services and has been given reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.

 
8. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes. Win Jobs Limited reserves the right to recover unpaid balances, fees, and associated costs where disputes are raised without lawful basis.

 
9. CANCELLATION OF SERVICES

Cancellation of services does not create entitlement to refunds for completed work or active billing periods unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 
10. DIGITAL PRODUCTS & DOWNLOADS

Digital products, templates, downloads, software access, and platform access are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

 
11. STATUTORY RIGHTS

Nothing within this Refund Policy excludes or limits rights which cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

 
12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
